Project Management

Since 2001 We have successfully managed projects ranging from the acquisition of goods to the management of services.

This requires strong planning skills, good communication, ability to implement a project to deliver the product or service while also monitoring for risks and managing the resources.

Project managers can be seen in many industry sectors including agriculture and natural resources; arts, media, and entertainment; building trades and construction; energy and utilities; engineering and design; fashion and interiors; finance and business; health and human services; hospitality, tourism, and recreation; manufacturing and product development; public and private education services; public services; retail and wholesale trade; transportation; and information technology.

As Project Managers we are essentially jugglers. We make sure that everything keeps to task and that potential issues are quickly eliminated and the project is delivered on time, all the while making sure everyone knows what is happening and the project quality and budget are acceptable.

Specifically we direct all activities required to successfully meet the project objectives:- Initiate, plan, execute, manage risk, solve problems and provide guidance, we also track and report project progress to the stakeholders in the project.

What we do:

  1. Project Integration Management: This includes all the activities involved in coordinating the different project phases.
  2. Project Scope Management: This involves ensuring that the project includes all the work, and only the work, that is required to complete the project successfully.
  3. Project Time Management: This includes everything needed to ensure that the project is completed by the deadline.
  4. Project Cost Management: This involves planning the budget, securing funding, and controlling costs throughout the project process.
  5. Project Quality Management: This involves determining quality policies and objectives regarding the project.
  6. Project Human Resource Management: This includes everything that relates to leading a project team.
  7. Project Communications Management: This includes everything from communicating with team members and contractors to reporting, storing, and distributing information.
  8. Project Risk Management: This involves conducting risk analyses and controlling risks during a project’s implementation.
  9. Project Procurement Management: This involves securing all the services you need for the project that lie outside the project team.
  10. Project Stakeholders Management: This involves liaising with everyone impacted by the project, as well as those on whose behalf the project was undertaken. It’s about engaging with interested parties during the planning, executing, and monitoring of the project.
